After seeing Carolyn for my 2nd massage I am impressed with her professionalism, expertise and kindness she has shown me as I was recovering from a broken leg. The massages are certainly some of the best in this area, as I have tried many of the local shops in and around the Ruislip area.

I am so pleased to have found Cazelle’s and have already enjoyed a couple of their Special Offers. Yesterday late afternoon I arrived tired, tense and worn out both physically and emotionally. Following a mini-facial plus a back/neck and shoulders massage I practically floated out of the treatment room feeling restored and like a new person. The staff are friendly and professional and give you the sense of being a valued client in no time at all. Cazelles is just great – can’t wait for my next treatment.

Tonight was my first time at Cazelle and I have to say it was brilliant. I have always struggled with waxing as I find it so painful but the tubes of wax that they use here make the whole process so quick and far less painful than usual. My therapist was a lovely lady who helped keep my mind occupied. She was also very knowledgeable about the other services they provide and recommended one of there facials for me which I will definitely be trying. Had an hour’s pampering earlier this afternoon; a 30 min facial followed by a 30 min back neck and shoulder massage. Staff very attentive and professional. Will chat if you want but usually I get so relaxed I nearly nod off!!! Excellent service from all the staff. Looking forward to booking my next treatment! !!

The Youth Facial using Environ Products really does deliver results. Yes I am biased but of all the facials I have had (and I have had a few!!) this is the best for anti-ageing.

Visited two weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. I was made to feel extremely welcome and relaxed. Therapist was very attentive. Good balance between friendliness and professionalism, great value for money. Would definitely recommend. Will be returning.

Really nice ladies work here who always try and fit me in if I pop in without an appointment. They also have reshaped my eyebrows to the best shape they’ve ever had, really pleased and highly recommend

I Went to cazelle beauty this afternoon and I’m overwhelmed by the services and treatments they are providing. I have done manicure and threading over there and its really looks amazing and well treated. Staff are professional too. I always recommend others to get their treatments and get their own beauty.

I have been here for massages and a manicure. It is ok at both but not wonderful. My shellac manicure was peeling off at the edges within a few days, which is a little disappointing, but the manicure process itself was fine and quite nicely pampering.
Booking online is easy.

Ria did my eyelashes today, she was very pleasant and gentle and explained what she was doing. I am so pleased with them, they look fab, really nice!
Another young lady did my eyebrow shape and tint and I am really impressed with those too!

Great ladies, calming music and ambience in room and great treatment. Only suggestion would be to provide a robe for certain treatments rather than a towel. Highly recommend.

i was a new customer booked at eleven for a new pedicure for 3pm i was a a bit apprehensive as mixed reviews from website at 2.50 i get call to say can i have a pedicure in a room with a bowl of water as a staff member was sick and they could not see me untill 3.30 totally unproffessional if they had a problem they should have contacted me to say there was a problem. i went in to see them staff said that they were to busy to contact me to notify of a problem. i went elsewhere and got a proffessional service. i hope that not how they treat all new customers .

Just had a great massage with Ria. Such a reasonable price decided to get nails done too. Lovely pamper on a dull day.

Massage was very good. Waxing not so great as found A LOT of hairs left so ended up having to shave the following day
